In short

Morax Studios operates a partner programme. If you come to us via a partner’s link or code and place an order, that partner receives a commission from us. Nothing changes for you: you pay the same price as every other customer, and the commission is paid out of our margin.

How it works

Partners, such as operators of blogs, forums, channels or communities relating to peptide research, receive a personal link from us in the form peptiva-labs.com/?ref=CODE. If you click on this link, we store the partner code in a cookie for 30 days. If you place an order during this period, we attribute the order to the partner. The most recently clicked partner link counts. Commissions only become due once the order has been paid and lapse in the event of cancellation or refund.

What this means for you

You receive identical prices, identical products and the same service. It makes no difference whether you order directly or via a partner. The cookie contains only the partner code and no data about you; in their area, partners only see the number of referred orders and their commission, never your name, address or email.

Our independence

Partners advertise on their own responsibility. They are obliged to label their recommendation as advertising, to make no claims of curative effect and to present our products exclusively as research material. If a partner breaches this, we terminate the collaboration. Statements made by partners are not statements made by Morax Studios; only our product information and certificates of analysis are authoritative.

This also applies via partner links: all products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and are not approved for use on humans or animals. The partner programme does not change our Terms of Use.

Legal framework

With this disclosure we fulfil the labelling obligations for commercial communication under Section 5a(4) of the German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG) and Section 6 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG), as well as the transparency requirements of the GDPR for the partner cookie.
