Governing language

This English version is provided for convenience only. The German version of this document is the legally binding version; in the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the German text prevails.

Who your contract is with

Your purchase contract is with Morax Studios. We pack and dispatch every order ourselves. If there is a problem with your delivery, we are therefore the right people to contact directly. Please have your order number (e.g. PL-2026-4821-3907) ready for every enquiry.

What we cover

Research peptides are sensitive, sealed products. We therefore replace or refund in the following cases:

• Transport damage: the vial, cap or packaging is damaged on arrival.
• Defective goods: the contents do not match the published certificate of analysis (e.g. purity or content deviate).
• Incorrect delivery: you received a different product, quantity or strength than ordered.
• Loss in transit: if a shipment has not been delivered after 14 days (standard shipping) and cannot be located by DHL, we will resend or refund.

Please report damage or shortfalls within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the shipment, the packaging and the affected products. Refunds are made via the payment method you used when ordering; crypto payments are refunded at the euro equivalent in the same currency to an address you specify.

What is not refunded

• dislike or change of mind after the seal has been opened,
• opened, partially used or no longer refrigerated vials,
• refused acceptance or uncollected shipments,
• incorrectly entered delivery addresses or Packstation details,
• shipments withheld by customs or authorities because purchase is not permitted at the place of delivery,
• shipments that were delivered according to DHL tracking and show no transport damage.

You are solely responsible for checking before ordering whether purchase is permitted at your place of delivery.

Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. However, this right expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This applies to all our vials. You may withdraw from the purchase of unopened products in their original seal within the 14 days; you bear the cost of returning the goods. A clear statement by email including your order number is sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal. No form is required. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

How to submit a complaint

1. On the day of delivery, photograph the shipment, the packaging, the affected products and also the shipping label.
2. Write to us with your order number, a brief description and the photos. Within 7 days of delivery.
3. We will get back to you within 2 working days, review the case and send a replacement or issue a refund. We only require a return if we expressly request one. In that case we bear the costs.

What we stand behind

We are responsible for accurate product information, for the conformity of the delivered goods with the published certificates of analysis and for proper, neutral packaging. If the purity on the vial does not match the certificate we have published, that is our error. We will put it right without argument. We accept no responsibility for storage and handling after delivery or for any use outside the research purpose.
