This English version is provided for convenience only. The German version of this document is the legally binding version; in the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the German text prevails.

What this page is

Morax Studios operates an online shop at peptiva-labs.com for peptides of verified laboratory grade. We sell the products offered directly: your purchase contract is concluded with us, we pack and dispatch the goods and we are your point of contact for all questions about your order. For every product we publish the corresponding certificates of analysis (COA) so that you can verify purity and content yourself.

By using the website and with every order you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Cookie Policy.

For research purposes only

All products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and chemical analysis. They are not medicinal products, not food supplements and not cosmetics, and they are not approved for use on or in the human or animal body. The labelling “for research purposes only” is not a statement regarding any approval and does not authorise therapeutic use. Studies that we summarise or link to relate to the materials and conditions examined there and do not justify any use of research reagents on humans or animals.

No medical advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Descriptions of mechanisms of action or study results serve solely for scientific context and do not replace advice from physicians or pharmacists. We do not answer questions regarding dosing or use in humans.

Who may order

You must be at least 18 years of age and purchase the products exclusively for research purposes. By placing an order you confirm both. Legal requirements regarding the purchase, possession and import of research chemicals differ from country to country; you are solely responsible for checking what is permitted at your place of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons, in particular where there are indications of use contrary to the intended purpose.

Prices, availability and product information

All prices are final prices in euros. Shipping costs are €4.95 per order; for orders of €100.00 or more we deliver free of charge within Germany. Prices and availability may change at any time; the price at the time of your order applies. Information on purity and content refers to the certificates of analysis published by the testing laboratories in each case. We correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions and will inform you before we process an affected order.

Ordering, payment and delivery

The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we display the order confirmation page with your order number. You can access your order at any time using this number. Please treat it confidentially.

The following payment methods are available to you: PayPal, prepayment by bank transfer, cryptocurrencies (BTC, XMR, USDT). With PayPal, the amount is collected immediately after your authorisation. With prepayment by bank transfer, you transfer the amount within 7 days, stating the order number as the payment reference; after that the order is cancelled automatically. With cryptocurrencies, exactly the amount displayed must be sent to the address displayed within the payment window displayed; orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically.

We ship with DHL, in neutral packaging, to your delivery address or Packstation. The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payment already made. The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

How we handle damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products, which deadlines apply and how the statutory right of withdrawal applies to sealed products is set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Prohibited use

You may not use the website or our products to

• procure products for use on humans or animals,
• resell products or distribute them as medicinal products,
• violate applicable law or induce third parties to do so,
• automatically read out or copy content, certificates or images,
• disrupt or misuse the website, our servers or the partner programme.

Limits of our responsibility

We stand behind the accuracy of our product information and certificates and correct errors as soon as we become aware of them. We accept no responsibility for the storage and handling of the products after delivery, for any use going beyond the research purpose, or for the consequences of use contrary to the intended purpose.

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

Data protection

How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. When paying via PayPal or a crypto payment service, the policies of the respective provider additionally apply to the data entered there.

Partner programme

We operate a partner programme through which third parties recommend our products and receive a commission for doing so. This does not change the prices you pay. Details can be found in the Affiliate Disclosure.

Intellectual property

Texts, product descriptions, images, design and structure of this website belong to Morax Studios. Certificates of analysis belong to the issuing laboratories; product and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. Any use beyond private, non-commercial use requires our written consent.

Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence. For traders, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Changes

We may amend these Terms, for example when introducing new payment methods or in response to changes in legal requirements. The current version, with its date, can be found on this page; the version in force at the time of ordering applies to orders.
